Injection Blow Molding
In the injection blow molding process,the polymer is injection molded onto a core pin,and then the core pin is rotated to a blow molding station to be inflated and cooled.The process is divided onto 3 steps: injection,blowing and ejection.
Injecton blow molding process provide better appearance and accuracy,feasible to produce small capacity bottles which have high demand on hygiene and weight control,such as pharmaceutical & food industry.
