Sheet Extrusion
A manufacturing process in which raw material is melted into a viscous fluid form under certain termperature through the function of the extruder barrel and screw to formed into a continuous profile. There a 3 stages during the process of sheet extrusion which consist of plasticizing,extruding and pressing. Such capability providers better assurance on quality consistency and economic efficiency.
We produce single-layer or multi-layers extrusion sheet.
Multi-layers extrusion is the application of multiple extruders to squeeze out one type or mutiple types of material into the compound die,each layer of material merged in the die head and formed into a continuous profile.Multi-layers extursion sheet may provide better barrier functionality,electricity conductivity,antistatic,cost efficiency and other benefits.
Single-layer sheet were PS,PP,PVC,PET,PETG etc.
Multi-layers sheet were PS-EVOH-PS,PP-EVOH-PP,PETG-APET-PETG etc.
