Vacuum Forming
A manufacturing process whereby a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature,stretch to a single-surface mold,and forced against teh mold by a vacuum(suction of air) or mechanical force then cooling,formed then trimmed to create a usable product.Such technology allows high spped sample production and high productivity manufacturing.
